Tom West is also one of the company’s founding members.  After completing his BA in Business Management from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh, Tom went on to complete his MBA with a concentration in Data Processing at the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. Tom’s MBA studies were completed while he was a member of the United States Air Force holding the rank of Captain.  His primary work with the USAF was in the field of communications and computer systems, ending with his final military role as Chief, Computer Operations, Joint Strategic Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS), in Melbourne, Florida.  After his military career, Tom went on to hold positions with Sandwell, DATAP Systems Division, and Valmet Automation, where he spent eight years in various management positions in computer systems (SCADA) training, internet services, and system sales.                                                         

Since 1998, Tom has been President and CEO of Technical Toolboxes Canada, Ltd., in Calgary, Alberta.  Responsible for opening the Canadian Office of the organization, Technical Toolboxes specializes in providing Internet applications, business automation, online commerce systems, enterprise database design and management, and Webpage design, creation and maintenance.
